google has not accepted the the fund for sponsered link for my wesite

the google has not accepted the the fund for sponsered link for my wesite www.salttradeindia.com and Google India Pvt Ltd. has stoped displaying the sponsered link for my site. My Customer ID is : 904-110-6880 provided by google. Now I want to Know what are the reasons for which google has not accepted the fund and stop displaying my sponsered link . Please take necessery step to solve this problem as soon as possible and start displaying my sponsered link on google and let me know. we are aggreed to pay the fund according to terms and norms of Google India Pvt Ltd As support executive of HDFC has told to us that merchant has decline to accept the fund. so please give us full details about payment for sponsered link and future refrences.
